In a recent decision by the Georgia Court of Appeals, clients of The Law Offices of Josh Sacks, P.C. were granted a new trial in an important ruling highlighting the fundamental premise that civil litigants are all entitled to fair and impartial jurors. In Sellers v. Burrowes, the Court confirmed that jurors should not favor one position over another when they walk into a courtroom; if they exhibit bias or preference, they should be not be permitted to hear the case.
