The Law Offices Of Josh Sacks, P.C. is a law firm of trial attorneys. We have two basic parts to our practice, both of which focus on individual needs in times of anxiety and crisis: first, we are well-established in representing victims of catastrophic injuries and helping families with lawsuits arising out of the wrongful death of a family member; second, we have a comprehensive domestic practice, headed up by Jeanne L. Sacks, Esq., which is exclusively dedicated to assisting people with contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, child support, alimony, and related matters.
Our tort and injury law practice is dedicated exclusively to the pursuit of justice for people who have been significantly injured by the negligent or wrongful conduct of others. We have particular experience in the areas of spinal cord injury and fractures, including paraplegia, quadriplegia, and other forms of paralysis, substantial burn cases, cases involving death, and catastrophic harm. We have a solid history of representing plaintiffs who have been injured, killed or damaged by defective products, negligent drivers (tractor-trailers, trucks, and cars), substandard medical care, misfilled prescriptions, fraudulent business practices, or unsafe premises.
We select fewer cases at a time to pursue than many plaintiffs’ firms so that we can bring a sense of urgency and an attention to detail to every case and every issue. Every client of ours receives personal attention that not only provides a greater level of comfort during trying times, but also maximizes the value of his or her case. In addition to working with clients directly, we are experienced in working with other lawyers who seek to enhance their own representation of clients by adding our resources, energy and expertise to a particular case. While we are headquartered in Dunwoody and licensed to practice law in Georgia, we stand ready to travel anywhere across the United States to pursue worthy cases. Our attorneys have been admitted to assist other lawyers in a variety of specific cases in other States, including Connecticut, Florida, Missouri, West Virginia, Montana, Kansas, Oklahoma, and others.
